Create the space for possibilities

Sometimes you just need a soft spot to pause, to make sense of what’s happening, and recalibrate.

I'm here to listen and support you in a way that helps you feel truly understood. Together, we'll figure out what you want to get from therapy. Sometimes we feel pulled in different directions, or our thoughts and feelings don't make sense — that's normal, and we'll work through it together. We'll look at thought and relationship patterns that might not be working for you anymore.

I’ll help you learn ways to:

  • Communicate better with others

  • Set healthy boundaries

  • Use tools that are aligned with your goals

  • Feel more confident

  • Be kinder to yourself

I support people with

  • Prenatal and postpartum experiences, while navigating medical systems

  • Relationship and intimacy issues, including intercultural relationships

  • Communication challenges and finding your authentic voice

  • Cross-cultural and diversity issues

  • Family dynamics

  • Burnout and how it distorts our sense of self

  • Parenting

  • Work and life transitions

  • Trauma

  • Grief and loss

How I work

My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and active. I use compassion and humor to create a space where we can work together to make shifts in your life and explore challenging topics.

We work collaboratively in clarifying your goals, values, and joy. I especially love to bring art therapy into our work together to deepen the work and reveal insights that you may not see when just talking (literally).

Art therapy & somatic practices

Words can't always express internal experiences. Art therapy offers a creative, non-verbal way to explore emotions and experiences. Somatic practices help you connect with your body's wisdom. These approaches release stored tension and trauma and can shift old habits and thought patterns. You will learn art and somatic tools to build capacity to help heal and align with your hopes.
