Hi, I’m Kruti

I’m a second generation South Asian American, with roots in Texas and Oklahoma. I help people navigate life’s complexities, especially when mental health runs into cultural, familial, and personal expectations. My work is rooted in understanding the unique pressures and experiences that come with being part of an immigrant community. I strive to offer trauma informed and culturally responsive care that acknowledges the layers of your identity.

    Parenthood is a profound journey of transformation. I provide a compassionate, understanding space to explore the physical, emotional, and relational changes of pregnancy and early parenthood.

  • Adult children of immigrants

    Growing up with immigrant parents gives you a distinct view of the world. We'll explore how these complex dynamics have shaped your choices, your sense of self, and your connections with others.

  • Life transitions

    Change is constant, at times exciting, but not always easy. Shifting into new life phases, careers, or relationships brings uncertainty. We will work together to understand the tension points and find ways to manage these transitions and embrace new beginnings.
